Rehabilitative Care

Assist the client with personal needs during the critical recovery period following hospitalization or surgery

Mobility/Ambulation Assistance

Assist with passive/active range of motion exercises to promote healthy join & muscles and overall physical well-being
Assist with medically prescribed physical therapy

Personal Hygiene

Assist with in/out of bed
Assist with bathing and oral hygiene
Assist with client dressings
Assist with foot care (excluding diabetics)

Alzheimer's Service

Support the personal, nutritional emotional and communication needs of patients in the early, middle and late stages of Alzheimer disease

One-on-One assistance and interaction that decreases feelings of dependence and depression
Communication that is on a level that is commensurate to a senior citizen

Provide transportation to needed medical appointments and outside activities (religious services, veterinarian appointments, etc.)

Grocery shopping
Pick up prescriptions
Shop for clothing
Pick up mail
Other as needed errands

Meal Preparation

Preparation of needed meals

Light House Keeping

Vacuum
Dust
Change bed linen
Laundry
Clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchen

Additional Services Offered

24 Hour Service: Caregivers are available to provide services on a 24-hour basis
Medication Administration:Provide supervision of the administration of physician prescribed medication(s)
Medical Appointments: Will accompany our clients to their medical appointment
